The Prince Market brand needed to stand on its own while staying connected to the owner's other businesses. Our designers created a distinct identity and tied it back subtly through shared color elements. The result is a store that feels new and confident, while regular customers of the owner's other locations still recognize the family resemblance.
Instead of treating the grocery aisles and the restaurant as two separate businesses, the layout blends them. Shoppers move naturally from fresh produce and staples to the beverage wall, the coffee and dining counter, and checkout. Clear zones and consistent materials make the space easy to read even when it is busy.
Because the store serves a university neighborhood, seating was a priority. StoreMaker designed student-friendly seating with built-in charging stations, so customers can eat, study and stay.
